PHOTO RELEASE DISCLAIMER: BY USING OUR PHOTOBOOTH SERVICES YOU AGREE TO AND HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE BELOW PHOTO RELEASE DISCLAIMER. You hereby grant PMT Jamz permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. You also understand and agree that all photos will become the property of PMT Jamz and will not be returned. You also irrevocably authorize PMT Jamz to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. You hereby also agree to hold harmless, release, and forever discharge PMT Jamz from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. Photo Booth Rules 1. All Children (under 12) must be accompanied by an adult while using the Photo Booth. 2. Choose a prop from the table, (if desired). 3. To start picture session click the iPad once 4. Return props back to table when finished with them. 5. Send your pictures to a device. 6. Photo Booth will close one (1) hour before the end of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations three days before the event will require 50% of the money owed
